Hotel Policy

Check-in time is at 12 noon. If your room is ready you can check in as early as 10 a.m., but we need advance notice for early check-in. If you arrive earlier than planned, please check with us and we will let you know if your room is ready. If you do not see anyone at the desk, just call 00 (960) 7999317, and one of the innkeepers will assist you. You may drop off your luggage in the lobby as early as 10 a.m. If you arrive late (past 9 p.m.), let us know in advance so that we can make the proper arrangements for your late check-in. We do not charge a fee for late check-ins.

Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. You will be charged $ 5 per hour for each additional hour you stay in the room and must vacate the room by 2:00 p.m. at the latest. Please let us know in advance if you will need a late check-out. However, you are welcome to enjoy the common areas such as terrace and 2nd floor tv room or the lobby, store your luggage in the ground floor luggage room, help yourself to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cookies until 5:00 p.m. on your departure day.
Cancellation & Changes (except during Special Occasions)

The occupancy of rooms is for registered guests only. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave, without a refund of reservation if this rule is broken. No entertaining of friends or family is allowed.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

There is no reservation fee.

at Check-out Please leave your room key on the front desk as you leave.

We will store your luggage if you arrive early (beginning at 9:00 a.m.) and upon check-out until 6:00 p.m. for no additional charge.

Sunny Canopy, Maldives, Guest House bed and breakfast is a non-smoking NO on the bed eating property. If you smoke or dine on the bed in your room or bed other than those designates areas we will charge your account an additional $50 clean-up fee and will ask you to leave without any type of reimbursement.

We can accommodate children on rooms only no 503 & 505

We accept cash, account transfers and all major credit cards.

We offer breakfast, but please help yourself to Coffee, Tea, OJ, and Apple Juice in the dining room on the 2nd floor.

Items left behind may be shipped to you. We charge the regular shipping fees plus a $15 handling fee. Due to a lack of storage space, we can only hold left-behind items up to 2 months after your departure date. If you think you have lost an item on your vacation, please email us.

We do not have parking at the Guest House. But you will find parkings always in around neighborhood.

There is a $5 charge for each lost room key.

Wash/dry/fold laundry service is available at $10.00 per load.
